Whole Foods Parking

Parking at Whole Foods is simple and stress-free! Exclusively for Whole Foods customers, there’s a convenient surface lot right outside the store and a dedicated parking garage. The garage entrance is located through a ramp within the surface lot, making it easy to grab your groceries and go.

  • Parking is at vehicle owner’s own risk.
  • No parking on ground floor anywhere within Midtown Tampa from 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM

Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Parking at Midtown Tampa

Is there a cost for parking?

Parking is free. The only exceptions are:

  • Aloft and Element hotels (required valet parking for guests)
  • Optional valet service along Midtown Drive

No, overnight parking is not permitted at Midtown Tampa, and vehicles may be towed. If you’re staying at one of our hotels or need overnight parking, please use the valet options available at Aloft/Element.

  • While select retailers offer “To-Go” parking spaces, general parking is open to all visitors.
  • Whole Food Markets does have a designated surface lot and the whole 2nd floor of the Midtown Drive Garage. This entrance is through a separate ramp located within their surface lot.

Yes, reserved spaces are clearly marked for:

  • Midtown West & Loft office tenants (3rd level, Waterview Garage)
  • Midtown East office tenants (4th & 5th levels, Waterview Garage)
  • Novel residents (3rd-6th floors, Waterview and Midtown Drive Garages)

Yes:

  • 10 ChargePoint stations (Ground floor, Waterview Garage)
  • Additional stations planned for 2025 (North side, Waterview Garage)

Yes, BellaBrava, Ponte Modern American, Sunda and our hotel have dedicated valet stands. Guests may use any valet stand for any retail or restaurant in Midtown Tampa for a fee.

Five bicycle racks are conveniently located throughout the development. Golf carts are permitted only if street legal and operated by licensed drivers.
