Gresham Smith is an architecture, interior design and planning firm headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee with 26 offices across the country. Its Tampa office is located in the Lofts at Midtown and has more than 70 local employees.

How would you describe your company to someone outside of your industry? Gresham Smith is a team of diligent designers, creative problem-solvers, insightful planners and seasoned collaborators who work closely with clients to improve the cities and towns we call home. Does your company offer any tuition assistance or education benefits to employees to support their professional development? Gresham Smith’s tuition reimbursement program aids those employees who aspire to reach higher skill levels and professional competencies, and who are working toward a degree that is job-related and applicable to the employee’s current position or probable career path.

Employees who have at least 12 months of service with Gresham Smith will be considered for reimbursement toward an undergraduate or graduate degree assuming the criteria are met. The employee assumes financial responsibility for the employee’s educational costs. Tuition will be reimbursed up to the lesser of $5,250 or 100% of the cost of tuition, university-mandated fees and required course books/materials per calendar year.

Are there any other perks offered or employee benefits that stand out? We host an annual, firmwide employee event called Celebration, where everyone gets the afternoon to come together and celebrate our people, our projects and our practice. Employees look forward to it every year. We also recently introduced an employee resource network focused on well-being.
