Beauty giant Sephora to open at Midtown Tampa

Expands personal care, health and wellness services

TAMPA, FL – (February 23, 2021) – Bromley Companies announced today that prestige omni-retailer Sephora will open at the massive $500 million Midtown Tampa, which is now more than 90 percent leased.

“As a preeminent, international beauty brand, Sephora joins our best-in-class collection of personal care, beauty, health and wellness offerings in Midtown,” said Nicholas Haines, CEO, Bromley Companies, master developer of Midtown Tampa. “With Sephora, we’re moving quickly toward a fully leased, mixed-use development with a full slate of tenants.”

Known for an extensive product assortment with more than 400 brands and an innovative store design, Sephora is owned by Louis Vuitton’s parent company, LVMH (LVMHF), the French fashion house and luxury goods company founded in 1854 by Louis Vuitton.

Midtown Tampa’s lifestyle focus extends beyond the mix of world-renowned healthy dining options and personal services. From Midtown Commons, an open green space for yoga, community festivals and concerts, to the 3-acre Midtown Lake and recreational trail around the lake called Watercourse, perfect for running or a lunchtime walk, these features all blend together seamlessly as part of this city-within-a-city.

“With Aloft and Element Hotel opening in time for Super Bowl LV, and of course, the Buccaneers win, there’s incredible energy here and throughout the City, and we’re just thrilled to be a part of that,” said Haines.

With REI Co-op opening soon, Midtown West office tower and Novel Midtown residential construction nearing completion, all of Midtown Tampa is under construction and on track to open in late Spring.
