Shake Shack Expands in Central Florida With First Tampa Location

Tampa, FL (Thursday, June 3, 2021) – Shake Shack is thrilled to announce it will open its first location in Tampa on Monday, June 7 at 11AM at Midtown Tampa, the city’s newest food, drink and entertainment destination located within minutes of Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, Tampa International Airport and Tampa Convention Center. The Midtown Tampa Shack is located at 1011 Gramercy Lane, Tampa, FL 33607.

The Midtown Tampa Shack will open Monday, June 7, with the operating hours of 11AM – 9PM Sunday through Thursday and 11AM – 10PM Friday and Saturday. The Shack will offer guests both indoor and outdoor dining options as the Shack features a spacious outdoor patio. Guests can also place orders to-go at the Shack or preorder for pickup or delivery via the Shack App. Web ordering will also be available in the coming weeks.

The Midtown Tampa Shack’s menu will feature all the classics, including the ShackBurger®, Chick’n Shack, crinkle-cut fries and hand-spun shakes. To satisfy your thirst, the Shack will offer Shack-made Lemonade, Shack Red, White and Rosé canned wines, ShackMeister® Ale brewed by Brooklyn Brewery, and local beer from Florida Beer Co. and Cigar City Brewing, among other beverage offerings. The Shack will also open with some exciting limited time offers such as the new Avocado Bacon Burger and Avocado Bacon Chick’n Shack, as well as the Pride Shake featuring strawberry and blackberry frozen custard topped with a mango + passion fruit blend, whipped cream and rainbow glitter. Available throughout June in honor of Pride Month, 5% of sales from the shake will benefit Trevor Project, the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ young people under 25.

For our Midtown Tampa opening and as part of our larger mission to Stand for Something Good®, Shake Shack will donate one dollar for every sandwich ordered on opening day to Feeding Tampa Bay. Part of the national Feeding America network, Feeding Tampa Bay focuses on providing food to over 1 million food insecure families in the 10-county area of West Central Florida.
