On March 9th at 10am, certified pre/postnatal fitness instructor Sam Freed, is hosting an energizing 45-minute full-body, low-impact workout that focuses on strength, mobility, and breathwork. This class is safe for all levels and will recur every Thursday. Strollers and babies are welcome!
