5K Tour Run is a fun and challenging course where runners will ascend 5 levels of parking structure, run around the lake and through the streets of Midtown.

1 Mile Tour Run/Walk is a gentle path within Midtown Tampa and around the lake.

We invite all levels of runners and walkers to come participate. If you’re wondering about construction and safety, all roads will be safe and free of construction equipment and materials.

Race day will include activities with several sponsors, free food and drinks, and a post-race award ceremony. All runners will receive a race T-shirt and a finishing medal as well as a goodie bag full of gifts from our retail friends at Midtown Tampa
