Breathe, Meditate, Journal is a live mindfulness class designed to help you unplug from the outside world to reconnect back to your personal power. This experience will support you in stepping into your highest self and reaching a peak performance state through meditation, breath work, journaling exercises, mindset tools, and embodied leadership and confidence.
